Job responsibilities will include:
(a) The management of patient support programs (“PSPs”) whereby certain manufacturers will contract SRX to provide services in order to increase both the distribution and commercialization of their product.
(b) Responsible for management of patient support program team in conjunction with the Vice-President, Patient Operations as well as monitoring and maintaining high levels of team engagement.
(c) Assistance and management backup to the Vice-President, Patient Operations
(d) Project management assigns as directed by Senior Executives of SRX
(e) Identification of potential new markets and long-term growth opportunities and the identification of potential risks with respect to same and the development of reasonable and prudent strategies for exploring such new markets and growth opportunities;
(f) Client report and report auditing as well as project updates
(g) Maintenance/documentation of case files (electronic and hard copy) for patients within the PSP
(h) Audit the reporting of all Adverse Events that are discovered by the PSP in a timely manner as per Health Canada regulations.
(i) Monitoring of phone calls for accuracy of content and etiquette of PSP team members
(j) Creation of training materials for all PSP programs launched as well as the ongoing maintenance of training protocols as well as identifying trainings needs of the PSP and associated departments for its programs
(k) Engagement and development of relationships with potential Stakeholders and the entering into of contractual relationships with other businesses dealing in pharmaceuticals at the retail, wholesale or manufacturing levels, Specialists, governmental agencies or other stakeholders involved in health care related businesses where appropriate and approved by SRX.
(l) Wring and updating of all PSP Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instruction (WIs)
